Maria is so friendly and helpful, so when other staff are there it just doesn't seem like the same experience. I pointed out to the staff that the word 'thoroughly' is spelled wrong on the sign in the shower. I've been reading this sign for over two years and couldn't figure out what I thought was wrong about it. Yep, it's spelled wrong. I guess I finally figured it out. Too funny how our brain work or don't work.
