  • The masseuse (Amanda?) was a 10++. She is why I gave a high score. The admitting staff was less helpful. I'd never been before and i felt a bit rushed through the process and was left a bit confused. (Also, when a customer has never been before it's courteous to show them where to find the bathroom when asked, and not just walk away). Unfortunately the float made me super nauseous, so it wasn't the most pleasant experience but Amanda was excellent and very attentive, and a top notch masseuse. She is why I will come back and why I did recommend the float house.

  • My most recent float was not the best float I have ever had, I was not able to really relax and let go as the music was not working in the pod I was in. I didn't realize the music was not working in the pod my hubby was in either, but your staff member had told him before he got in. I missed that bit of info. As such, I spent most of my time in the pod trying to get the music to play so I could focus on it and relax through my float, Needless to say, not the most relaxing time at all. I spoke to your staff member when I got out, and he immediately gave my hubby and I a free float to make up for the issues with the music in the pods. The level of customer service and care your staff shows to your clients is second to none and I truly appreciate the way we are made to feel.
