• Well it was my first time at this establishment. I never give a 10 or highest review to any company. That leaves room for improvement or for me to rate higher in the future. I have yet to meet a perfect business or employee. Nothing against Float House. Just the way I believe in reviewing.

• I love the Float House for so many reasons. Here they are: total me time, silence, stillness, eases my joint pain, can really hear the rhythm of my breathing, ultimate relaxation, feel so calm and steady afterwards, both locations are spotless, and staff are so accommodating and caring. As an example, my last visit I booked at the Langford location and I got lost. By this time I was 15 minutes late so I called to say I was lost and wanted to "bail". The lovely staff member said I still had time and they would help me find the location. Turned out I was not too far away and got in a great float. Just what I needed to settle myself. Thanks to everyone at both locations. You are all so appreciated 🙏
