• Nicole Boss was professional and listened to what was going on with my body she took the time to hear me and this was the only massage I actually gained something from as I suffer from chronic pain I will be recommending her to everyone !

• The front desk worker didn't show up, so when I arrived I was locked out for half an hour and thought that I would need to cancel, but the massage therapist Nicole came in early and was extremely gracious & professional in handling the situation, getting my massage + float package rescheduled, and providing an excellent massage treatment. And the front desk substitute (whose name I didn't catch) was also very adept at bringing me in and getting me oriented with my rescheduled float.
