• Needed better style step stool for access as am very short. My therapist guide worked hard to get a chair positioned to help me get in & out. Experience helped me feel better. When I know what smaller home is found to rent I'll see if my budget will allow me to attend one of your 3 locations if I have my car repaired at that time. My guide was very helpful courteous & professional about holding up a towel to protect my privacy as he came close to explain where to place my arms so he could lift me up to my feet & steady me as I'd be able to climb out. The lack of availability of Step stool with tall handle on one side, like in Dr office would make it safely accessible for extra short heavy folks like me. 5 '2' & 200 lb.
