• It was incredibly relaxing and soothing for my nervous system after a lot of recent stress and a car accident that I'm still feeling achy from. It felt relaxing for mind, body, and spirit. I wish I lived closer to go more frequently. That said, I'll make a point of going when I visit Victoria.
