• I always feel welcomed and relaxed. I love being able to choose music as well and upping the heat for my float. The one thing that I would love is for there to be some sort of handle in the showers. It is very slippery and as someone with a disability I find I need to hold onto the side piece of glass when moving.

• The gentleman operating the shop was very personable and easy going. He clearly explained everything and with his own recommendations. Having the tea area and chill lounge was great to see as an added bonus to the float.
