• I went in expecting .....I don't know what...... a sort of quiet time. Even initially in the tank I was at first thinking "ok, what now?" but then after a bit, time folded in on itself, I was so relaxed, I felt so good afterwards. The Anxiety symptoms I've been battling for ages subsided while in there and have been quieter in the 24 hours following. I want more of this!
