• This was my first experience with floating. I went in with the mindset of just to experience it. What happens, happens. It was another level of relaxation I had not experienced. I was a little concerned about being cramped up but the room was a comfortable size and when I saw it, claustrophobia did not enter my mind. Water was warm, room was dark and silent. I just lay back and relaxed for the session. Soft music was my signal that my time was up. I will be back.
