• I went to FLO2s for a infrared sauna session to help relieve body aches. I have been in a infrared sauna before and had beneficial results but not like the one in FLO2s. All saunas are not made the same. When I got home I felt so much better and the relieve carried over to the next day. Previous sessions from other saunas were not as effective or short lived unlike FLO2’s. Inside the spa it’s really comfortable and quaint. The staff is accommodating and polite. Also the price was fair for the services rendered. I will definitely be coming back!

• I am hooked. Whenever I have a big presentation, feel overwhelmed or just need to clear my head FLO2S is where I go. A 90 minute float and a massage from Leslie does the trick every time. I highly recommend it!
