• I didn't know what to expect from my first visit to FLO2S, but I knew I needed it. I chose the THETA Package (substituting a 30 minute massage for the infrared therapy). Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff. After watching a brief "what to expect" video, my initial questions were answered. Following the instructions from the video, I showered, floated, and showered again. The float was absolutely amazing. I opted for the closed door/lights out version ensuring the perfect temperature and deprivation experience. I was so relaxed. Maintaining a comfortable float was easy and I was only reminded of where I was when I touched the side of the basin. Afterwards, I headed over to get my massage. The lighting, essential oils and temperature created the perfect environment. My massage therapist confirmed my areas of concern and honed in on them at the start. Perfect pressure and execution. FLO2S is such a great addition to the area, I'll definitely go back.

• I've never felt more relaxed than after my floating session. It was possibly the first time in my life that I've experienced true quiet, and it gave me the time to properly reflect on my thoughts. Can't recommend this experience enough.
