• Lovely reception personel, cozy and low lighting for a warm feeling, simple directions, excellent floating experience, and very smooth process. The only reason for a 9 was the shower did not warm up (afterward) for me to completely shower off. Not a big deal because I could rinse off at home (15mins away). I will return for another visit soon.
