  • I gave a 10, because of Kim's knowledge, techniques and her educating me on what and why she was doing things and things I can do to improve my situation. With that said, there are some improvements you can make. A warm welcome would be nice. I was greeted with indifference. The front desk gal finally came around after I was there for awhile. It took perhaps 10-15 minutes before I was asked if I'd filled out the appropriate forms and if I'd like a drink. I arrived very early. This would have been a perfect time to shine to a new client. Offer a drink. Perhaps a brief tour and explain about your many services. I do plan on returning to see Kim and try your other services. I have been tell my friends family and clients about Kim and my interest in your other services. I've left out the not so stellar first impression, because I believe with a bit of coaching with your staff, all will be amazing. Thank you. I look forward to visiting again very soon
