• After just 1 session it helped with my anxiety both physically and mentally! I feel great! I'll be back. One Critic: I wasn't expecting a drip from ceiling which happened a few times during the session. Bc it was dark it freaked me out at first but then it was ok. Just messed w my zen but I got back there! I'll be back! Thanks!
