• I started Pilates at ProWorks because my daughter loves ProWorks and she wanted me to sign up as well. I signed up in December 2016 and am so happy I did. This was my first experience with Pilates and after almost three months I can't say enough how great my experience has been! Everyone including the coaches and receptionists and the many new friends I have made at ProWorks welcome you with a smile and a warm greeting always. be surpassed by the variety of classes and the dedicated due diligence of the wonderful coaches! I am physically stronger, more flexible and energized thanks to ProWorks! Thank you to all the ProWorks coaches!
