• I walk by Palates ProWorks often, because I live in the neighborhood. I hadn't worked out in a year and thought, 'i should try this place because, I can't come(Major Plus) I signed up for, MatBox, which was facilitated by Adrienne. She is awesome! She asked if I had any injuries or physical issues, because it wasgoing to be an intense class. She suggested, I go at my own pace, since it was my first class. After the class, I joined! 30 days of unlimited classes. Today,up with any excuses to not show up'. I signed up for the $20 class and showed up on Wednesday morning. I was greeted by Lisa, with a enthusiastic welcome!
