Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Instructor was very helpful and made sure to constantly check in and provide support where needed.
My husband and I are very happy with the classes, the music, the lighting, the teachers showers it’s one of our favourite places to go to. We enjoy ❤️

Hot yoga is so hard the heat the postures but I love the challenge of being in the moment pushing through and not giving up and all the healing and health benefits that flow on.
