great facilities, teachers, spacious studio, clean, neat and tidy, ample parking, easy to find, genuine and friendly people … i’m sure i could go on too.

distinctly remember saying the same thing last year after the open day class with tammy. not joking either. what is it about doing bikram at lynbrook ?
it happened at least twice when i did the intro too. once with margaret and once with a young guy called mike. i’ll never forget mike’s class. it really was so hot i could only manage to lie down for the second half of the class. i tried and tried to get up but had nothing. a little bit unusual for me. usually i can manage something. i was at the back as i had been taught - when new or at a new studio, go towards the back - but it was just too hot for me. ever since - every time i’m at lynbrook - i go at the front by the door/air vent. it’s still incredibly hot but it’s all i can really do. my only hope.
it’s interesting - being at the front. i’m kind of always at the back - unless i’m at lynbrook. you have to dig deep because you are supposed to be the strongest group in the room. and yet i always dig deep. i’m always doing my best. somehow it pushes you further than you thought you could ever, ever go.

Great facilities, excellent range of class options
First Yin class here with Uali. She taught a pure and straightforward yin class. Some under appreciate simple in yoga but when you have chronic health issues its essential. I felt safe in the space created here by the thoughtfull and kind owners.

The trainers are so good very cheerful and they make sure it suits every individual Andy they are comfortable
