I went in with a friend for my first session, I had such a good time and I appreciate the trainer correcting me if I’m doing something wrong, most yoga or Pilates places I’ve found can ignore this which isn’t helpful

The studio is very welcoming, the owners are passionate about the business and the teachers are professional, always doing courses to improve the the experience of their students. It’s a fun place to be. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
