• The gym has many diverse classes which helps with keeping things novel. The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and organized. The clientele is very, very friendly and non-judgmental. The atmosphere is calm yet motivating with a comfortable temperature while working out, and it is extremely clean.
