• It's a beautiful gym. Very clean and organized. The instructor was very friendly. It was a small class so I felt like everyone got individual attention. Lots of classes are offered. So many times and a lot of variety.

• The personal trainers are awesome with individualized workouts and know how to modify them if you have limitations. I don't always want to workout but their energy always makes me glad I have a crew to help me reach my goals! 💪🏻😊💕
