I love the staff, and the friendly ladies who also attend - always feel very welcomed and the girls are always so accomodating from my previous hand injury
Great instructor and class
I really enjoy the atmosphere, small classes and how the instructors can always adapt the workout to your needs. It's a place I look forward to coming to each week.
