• Many reasons. Appointments start right on time. Physical space is comfortable. Stylists are very personable and talented, and there’s a consistent approach across the shop. I wonder, though, why there are no male stylists.

• It was a good experience—I suppose the difference between 9 and 10 is price; I would not recommend you all to a friend who needs a haircut frequently and isn’t really in a position to pay your rate so often. That said (because this is the only place I’ve found to provide feedback, apologies if it’s the wrong place): I noticed when I checked out that everything was handled without my input and I didn’t get an opportunity to tip. I don’t know if that’s because you’re the kind of salon that doesn’t really accept tips due to the base price, or if I simply missed or neglected the proper opportunity. But if I did just miss it, I don’t want to be rude and would appreciate being directed to some way I can send a tip. Thanks.
