• Front desk person was so kind and genuine. Warm ,friendly, welcoming and very empathetic . Rocked it! The woman who did my laser ( sorry I forgot her name🤦‍♀️ Kayla, McKayla. Was so professional and meticulous in her technic. She was calm, confident and present. She listened to me, and my concerns with problem areas. She knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable, vulnerable process. I left feeling my best and that's why I come here. Your staff is the heart of this establishment. I'm disabled and simple tasks like shaving are difficult for me. These procedures allow me to feel confident! I'm grateful for this establishment. Thank you!!!!
