• The Esthetician explained the procedure. I had a request to have her increase the dimension/ level of deepness which she did. Lastly she offered me water and she Smiled which is very important. The new guy at the desk who had made my appointment was very nice, greeted me right away. He also asked if there was anything else i needed. I'm glad he did, i ended up making an appointment for something else. I like the new Staff.
