• 9 out of 10 is a decent score in my eyes. It would have been perfect if the paper work was ready for me to fill out and I didn't have to go back out to the waiting room to fill it out once I had sat down in the treatment room. I'm betting it's common practice it just didnt seem smooth. All in all the Staff is incredible Kayla took care of me and made sure I felt at home. Everything looked clean and she was very professional and very approachable.
