• I have been going to Flawless for several years and have had a few different treatments by several different nurses and technicians. In my experience everyone...yes I mean EVERYONE at Flawless is approachable and knowledgeable, offering information and education in a no pressure environment. Lisa and her staff seem to have the right balance of professionalism and friendliness.....you are immediately at ease and feel cared for. I have been happy each time I walk away and if there is something that needs a little "tweak" you don't have to hesitate to ask and they will listen and respond. Thanks Susanne Spitale

• Every time I come to my appt I get so excited. It's clean. The front desk guy is super welcoming and helpful. He is super fast and efficient at his job esp, when he answer calls, booking appointments in advance, giving you prices n so forth. God bless him because I could not juggle all that at once at his pace. Can't forget my girl ally. Super awesome at her job. She listens and she makes sure everything is going smoothly during the visit. She is very thorough when she is zapping and 2 of my friends only see her from my reviews. We plan on doing out legs when ally feels out tan has faded.
