• Nina and Melanie were absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. Despite the young man being left alone to tend to the phone , the two people in front of me in line, the person behind me, and the clients that were checking in for their appointments- by the time he got to me, he made me feel like he was paying 100% of his attention to me, was "cool calm & collected" and he was not in a rush to get me out the door. He was extremely pleasant. Having plenty of customer service and management experience in the wellness industry, I can say that this young man definitely is a keeper and is absolutely exceptional at his job! Overall extremely satisfied with services, customer service, and cleanliness! Thank you- I am looking forward to my future appointments! (This was NOT my first time there. I have always had a pleasant experience but seeing how busy they were specifically that night & how they all were able to handle it is worth the positive review)!
