• I was 30 minutes late for my appointment due to car trouble. The receptionist found my nurse and relayed my request to move my appointment to 2PM. The nurse (Caitlyn) was very gracious and allowed me to move the appointment. Then, she took time to get to know my face, what I wanted and not to rush the appointment. I was very grateful for her patience.
