• Fitology in State College is the best gym I've been to. And I've belonged to a gym since first year in college. I'm 54. They are a community. Full of caring instructors and members. The instructors are the most knowledgeable and well studied I've encountered. A place where science meets fitness indeed! The first time I've been coached on injury prevention, while maintaining the best shape of my life. Can't say enough.
