I enjoy attending Fitology! The instructors are professional and very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Members are sociable and nice. An appropriate balance of small talk before taking care of fitness business! It's a great place!

Amazing supportive environment, great classes, top instructors. Not filled with teenagers and is mostly women. Only complaints would be the limited hours of classes (I would love more classes between 6:30 and 9:30 and during the work day) and the fact that even if I'm one of the few that do sign up for a class it will be packed and I can get the equipment I need - there's no benefit to signing up. Overall, I find it a supportive and motivating environment filled with amazing women (and a few men).
