• I have had the best experience with Julie over the past few weeks. I’ve had an injury and have been in a lot of pain and needed proper rehab to get back to exercising properly. Julie has been so kind, encouraging and patient. She’s helped me to understand what I still could do and what I needed to build up. She has helped me rebuild my confidence and has looked after me. I feel so much better three weeks down the line and just had the most empowering session this morning. Really appreciate all her hard work!
