• Suzanne and Amber have been amazing during the lockdown. Their Zoom classes and Instagram hiit workouts have been my highlight! I am really glad I have been able to keep training from home, thanks to them. They have put in a lot of effort to support their members and I really appreciate it ??

• Really enjoyable class. There's always a range of options which mean it always feels the right level of challenging, and the small class sizes mean there are always useful corrections on form etc. There's also always a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
