I absolutely love fitness unlimited! Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind and helpful. The machines are easy to understand, the facility is clean and it’s not overly crowded. The sauna and steam room are an extra bonus that I love. Cheryl my personal trainer is wonderful and knowledgeable. Stephanie and Jennifer have the best smiles at the desk. Beth was so nice and caring when I first joined. A real sweetheart. The two girls who work on Sunday morning were awesome! I def love the energy and vibe from this place. Thank you all :)

I am so happy to be back at the gym after a long absence. The nutrition advice I received from Alison Doak is invaluable, and my personal trainer, Cheryl Mc Dermott, is both encouraging and knowledgeable. She is a perfect fit to help me achieve my goals. The equipment and gym are always clean. One of the best parts of the gym is the friendliness of the staff. I always feel welcome.
