Fitness Unlimited is run with care and concern by Cindy and Beth. My experience there in the way of instructors, scheduling, structure of physical layout and enforcement of regulations is superb. I joined Fitness in 1998 and have been a happy customer ever since!

The classes that I attend at Fitness Unlimited are great with wonderful instructors. In particular, the gentle yoga and pilates classes have helped me with ongoing back issues.
