Love the gym! Really a fantastic place to work out. Great environment, friendly staff, all the equipment that is needed. The only classes I do are pilates/yoga/barre and they are great.

Lauren is an excellent trainer -- she makes the workouts fun and challenging. She puts a lot of thought into making sure the workout is balanced (she knows a lot about the human body/muscles, etc. )??
