Sandy's classes are always fantastic! They're a perfect mix of cardio and strength, good music easy to work out to, and Sandy is always - always upbeat, motivating, and welcoming. Show up and you will not be disappointed!

The facility looks great and the staff was very friendly! I could also sense a strong sense of community among the members. It seems wonderful! I rated it a 9 because the class seemed a little bit too crowded for me—especially with floor space. I had to be very conscious about how to perform the exercise without touching my neighbor (and I got there very early to have enough space, but still felt a little crammed). Overall, I really enjoyed it and look forward to signing up.
