• Kit is an excellent instructor. I did not give it a 10 for todday, b/c the the gym needs to change the now over 10 year to 15 year flooring in the locker room and scrape the floors in the bathrooms from the goo they put that is capturing debris, including hair. It does not matter how much the cleaning people clean; it always looks very dirty, and the women work really hard everyday! Thanks.

• Top notch businesses are always top notch when their management is top notch. I've been a member of Glenpointe for 30 years. It's always been a good spa fitness gym. (I joined when I was a newborn infant. That's the story I'm going with and not changing it.) But Kevin takes the Glenpointe to the next level. It's well run, equipment always in excellent condition, excellent staff all around and an atmosphere that is conducive to privacy, personal space and allowance for positive socialization. Kevin is professional and creates a professional setting for all members.

• Because I’m not new to the fitness club. I’ve always liked it there because of the friendly atmosphere the facilities amenities and it’s a safe and healthy place. The pool, group classes and the gym’s equipment are a big plus. Really decent staff and the people who go there
