It was such an empowering experience and very very useful. Hoping I never have to. Paige and Isaac were incredible, focused, and patient.

Class is great, i feel healthy and more confidendent. Please add more classes on saturday and sunday!
Excellent instructor and friendly staffs
Incredible class. Fast and intense workouts, informative and learned so much in one session. Instructors Paige and Ryan were knowledgeable and passionate on what they do. The experience I had in that class was great.
I just love the coaches and how they give their all to make sure we get it 😁
