It's a good workout, I learn a lot, and I feel the skills will be transferable to real life situations. Also the instructors are so fun--tought but fun
Jay and Viktoria were excellent! They gave individualized tweaks constantly and made the practice super empowering!
Great class and instruction. Great music and diversity in class demographic. Good class times. But the price is quite expensive compared to other class memberships and packages and even though construction is still going on, no showers or locker room, there's not even a early bird discount
The instructors are super encouraging, the classes challenge you enough and are comprehensible so that a beginner can jump in and still feel the workout, and the students are also very open and supportive of each other despite their level.
The classes are great but I'm not planning to leave no time soon
