Everyone is amazing the staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about defense and safety. They are all there to help you learn and grow as a fighter and the supportive positive environment makes everyone feel welcome while also pushing each individual to their personal limits and beyond!

I love the classes so much, I feel strong and so happy afterwards.They're so much fun, I've never taken a class that has pushed me harder or given me so many bruises xD I love working with so many different people.
