Because it wasn’t at all what I expected. It was intense but everyone kept pushing themselves and the instructors kept you motivated and telling you to keep going even when I want to give up. The warm out almost wiped me out but I know it’s totally worth it.

Everything is great, just the gym itself needs more improvements which I see are on their way.

Krav Maga Academy is such a great experience. As a beginner, it was extremely intense for me. At the end of the class, I felt so strong and empowered. Even though the class was only an hour, I learned so many new skills that will help me in case I ever get into trouble in real life as self defense.
I thought it was a comprehensice plan
