I’m always a huge fan of KMA and constantly recommend the classes to colleagues and friends. The classes are fun, challenging, and empowering. Even on the days I want to go home and crawl in bed, I never regret having pushed myself to go to class.
Thinking about it... it was a 7.
The instructor was very clear and there was enough room for everyone. It wasn't too easy or too hard.
But on the other hand, it would be nice if there would be less people and then we could do a warm up such as running around.
Another thing, this was a fundamentals class and the trainer focused too much on doing the different kicks/fists fast one after the other instead of focusing on each one slowly and going more around the students, correcting their technique
The staff at registration was helpful, friendly and encouraging. All my questions were answered with patience and everyone made sure we were attended to.
