So thankful that you're doing remote classes! They're a terrific and hard workout even though they're online.
Great classes and instructors, a lot of helpful information and you don't feel like you're being made fun of or singled out if you can't do all of the positions perfectly. They will take the time to give proper instructions without intimidation
