Americe at the front desk is the reason I give a 10 as well as the owner and his wife are all so welcoming and just by sharing their knowledge and honest spirits they provided the safe space I needed to let down my guard and allow their knowledge and skills in and trust the process. We get everything all in one, HIIT, martial arts, self defense, strength training, speed training, free weight training, kick boxing, etc. Plus it's a very fun, energizing, and encouraging environment.
I'm in Legacy. I enjoy thr workouts but I need (and love) the accountability and community.
The people were very kind, it was overall really fun.
There is no judgment. Everyone wants you to succeed. The coaches a very supportive and they celebrate every little improvement and success. All around positive environment.
