Staff as professional and nice as can be. I've always been into dance and gymnastics, and this felt unexpectedly pleasant (even if I'm in the worst shape ever). Really made me want to try. I would also recommand it because it did feel really empowering.

Cause no matter what your age is, they bush you until you get to your limit and more. At 67yr-old is not easy doing the workout, but they don't give up on me so I keep going. The self-defense class is great. I don't want to fight anybody but at least I'll be prepared. I love it and all the Instructor are great.
