I love the support from the first day I showed up.
Adolfo was outstanding. I have had great sessions when attending adolfo’s classes. Unfortunately, I ate a full meal before this last class and I felt nauseated from that while taking his class. I will never make that mistake to eat a full meal before a class again. Adolfo did a great job with the class. Very knowledgeable and knows just how to push to try and bring out the best in people while taking his class. Would recommend him to anyone to train for Krav Maga.
