• I love the classes!!!! My favorite is any class by Evelyn or Lauren P. I also enjoy Cassie's buti band class, Heather's class, and Lauren's pound. It's fun and is way better than going to the gym.

• Because it's been my home for 7 years and I would have literally killed myself if not for the studio. But on a better PR level, the quality and variety of classes, the teachers' amazing skills and infectious positive attitudes, the atmosphere and fact that it's a safe space, never boring, best music always, an amazing sense of fun and peace at the same time every time I go in.
