My experience at Fit Bodies Fit Minds has been life altering for me. I have my body back and can move without pain most days. Being able to sit on the floor and jump right back up while play with my grandchildren is the best gift I've received while working with Kyla. Along with the personal growth she's walking me through with her insightful conversation during my sessions weekly. Always a pleasure to feel my muscles being worked and her guidance into where I need my body worked on.
