The staff is awesome, they are all knowledgeable and will guide you through your workout to ensure you exercising safely and efficiently. They have a lot of different classes for all levels of fitness. I highly recommend fit bodies fit minds.

Had a wonderful first Strong Moms class! Cass is exceptional - a baby whisperer and so knowledgeable. Love the small group atmosphere and happy to be back at the studio after living out of town for the past 7 years. FBFM is a one of a kind place!
